Food Design for events and photos

I design and create visual narratives through images, food centerpieces, in-person dining events for clients seeking experiences at the intersection of culture, design and food. My broad, yet deep culinary understanding of global food cultures has given me the opportunity to be involved in projects developing flavour-forward plant-based foods and working creatively with industrial side streams and waste. This is an area I would like to focus more on going forward. I am based in Copenhagen and work globally.

Events

I design culinary experiences for brands and galleries keen to extend a delicious and mindful dining experience to their audience like vernissages at art galleries and show-stopper edible centrepieces for private clients. 

Collaborations

I collaborate with artists, designers, and creatives from diverse fields to create immersive culinary experiences. These are often hosted as culinary collaborations with bars, cafes and other restaurants

Consultancy
